About

I'm Mathieu Moquin, based in Montreal. I lead a practice focused on Microsoft Copilot adoption and agentic AI in the enterprise, at the intersection of architecture, governance, and how organizations actually work.

My background comes from the operational side: over fifteen years in IT, digital transformation, and governance. I was VP of Canadian Operations at Leaseweb, an organization spanning three data centers. I then founded my own Fractional CIO practice focused on AI.

Alongside that, I sit on the board of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec as a director, a governance role, not a job. Governance isn't a theoretical topic for me, it's a discipline I practice.

What I do best: turning ambiguous environments into readable, governed, executable paths forward. I'm not a hyper-specialized developer. I'm a translator between executives, operations, technology, and users.
